✅ Can I Make Up a Missed Meeting?
Yes! Rotary International values consistent participation, and there are several ways to make up a missed meeting:
1. Rotary eClub One (Online)
Rotarians from any club worldwide can complete a make-up meeting via Rotary eClub One. Here's how:

Visit their Programs and Make-Up Programs section.

Spend at least 30 minutes reviewing content, keeping the Four-Way Test in mind.

Request a Make-Up Confirmation at the end.

Consider donating the equivalent of your regular meeting cost, which helps fund their global service work.
2. Make-Ups Within Our Club
You can also receive credit by participating in:

Club socials

Board meetings
-
Club-led service projects
3. Rotary Events & Trainings
Make-ups can also be earned by attending:

Rotary District events
-
Rotary training sessions (PETs, RLI, Assembly, etc.)

Meetings of other Rotary clubs (locally or while traveling)
Be sure to notify our Secretary with proof of participation so your make-up can be recorded.

💵 What Are the Club’s Fees & Dues?
Admission Fee
A one-time $100 admission fee is required for new members.
Quarterly Membership Dues
Dues are set by the board and invoiced quarterly on:

April 1
Invoices are issued by the 25th of the prior month and are due upon receipt.
Late Payment Policy

30 days past due: Reminder from Club Treasurer

60 days past due: Credit card requested to begin a payment plan

90 days past due: Club President contacts member; board decides next steps
Note: New members must pay their initiation fee and first quarter dues before induction.
